Mental Health Support
We are pleased to share that Ryan Specialty is offering a new emotional and mental health support tool through Lyra Health! Lyra provides the ability to meet with mental health coaches or therapists via live video, live messaging, phone, or in person care. To learn more about this program, see the benefits guide.
Medicare Education Assistance
We know becoming Medicare eligible can be sometimes daunting that’s why Ryan Specialty is partnering with Allsup to offer voluntary Medicare education and plan selection assistance for Medicare eligible employees. Allsup will provide expert, unbiased guidance on identifying the best alternate health plans available in Medicare, Medicaid, or on the Marketplace.
ID Theft is now a stand-alone benefit.
Employee contributions for the MetLife Legal Plan are decreasing! Additionally, starting in 2024, ID Theft for Ryan Specialty will be offered through Norton LifeLock as a stand-alone benefit.
On your date of hire, you are eligible to participate in Ryan Specialty’s benefit plans if you are a regular full-time employee and work at least 30 hours per week. You may enroll your eligible dependents for coverage. Your eligible dependents include:
- Your spouse or domestic partner.
- Your dependent child up to age 26 for medical, dental, and vision coverage, regardless of marital or student status. Upon turning 26, dependent children are allowed to stay on the medical, dental, and vision plans for the remainder of the plan year.
- Your dependent child who is incapable of self-support due to a mental or physical disability.
