Giving Back, Together

Community Impact Days are part of Ryan Specialty’s commitment to supporting the communities where we live and work. Beginning January 1, 2026, eligible employees are provided with paid time off to participate in volunteer work or personally meaningful community service activities. This benefit is designed to encourage employees to make a positive impact while balancing business needs and team responsibilities.

What You Should Know

  • Paid time to give back: Community Impact Days are fully paid and do not reduce your PTO or annual leave balance.
  • Time provided each year: Employees receive 16 hours (two days) of Community Impact Days, front-loaded at the beginning of each calendar year.
  • Flexible usage: Time may be taken in 2-hour, half-day, or full-day increments, depending on the activity and with manager approval.
  • Global benefit: This program is available to all actively working global employees.
  • Plan ahead: Use of Community Impact Days should be coordinated with your manager to ensure appropriate business coverage.
