2025 RYAN SPECIALTY BENEFITS
Your FSA & HSA Contributions
You must re-enroll and choose your annual contribution for your HSA or FSAs during Open Enrollment. The IRS requires you to elect new contributions for your FSA and HSA accounts every year. Review your expenses from the last year and evaluate how much you will need for 2025. Use the Alight system to specify your new contributions.
In 2025:
- Employees enrolled in an HSA can contribute up to $4,300 annually for “Employee Only” coverage and $8,550 for “Employee + Family” coverage.
- Employees can contribute up to $3,300 to a Healthcare FSA.
Plan Changes
In 2025, your medical plan costs will slightly change for the Gold PPO, Silver PPO, and HDHP plans. Dental and Vision rates have slightly changed as well.

New for 2025!
● Enhanced Vision Plan. The vision plan has been enhanced! Your frame and contact allowance will increase to $225.
● Diabetes Management Program. We are partnering with Teladoc (formerly known as Livongo) and BCBSIL to offer a diabetes management program. Employees enrolled in medical insurance will receive a free blood glucose monitor, unlimited test strips, and access to health coaches.
● Enhanced Voluntary Plans. The voluntary Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity plans have been enhanced. Employees will have access to a larger benefit should an accident, critical illness, or hospital indemnity claim occur.
● Health Advocacy Solutions (HAS). Ryan Specialty is partnering with BCBSIL and Health Advocacy Solutions (HAS) to provide access to a team of health advocates. Services through HAS are dedicated exclusively to Ryan Specialty. Representatives will assist with:

- Claims management
- Finding the right provider
- Finding lower-cost treatment options
- Assistance with scheduling appointments
- Getting preauthorization

This feature is available to employees during Open Enrollment by calling (855) 649-9633. The BVA number listed on the back of your medical insurance card currently can still be used through the remainder of 2024.
● Pet Insurance Program. We are excited to rollout a true Pet Insurance program through Wishbone. Wishbone offers different plan options to fit your budget and coverage needs.
